A blending of choreographed cardio movements infused with a combination of kicks, punches, strikes and more with overall body conditioning to upbeat music designed to keep your heart pumping and your feet moving.
Stabilization, strength and sweat are the hallmarks of this high calorie burning session. With the intentional shifting weight of the sand, participants use stabilization muscles not normally targeted with basic weight training.
