Life Addicts Studio specializes in Group Training via Bootcamps and Fitness Classes with guidance in meal planning, weight management and habit coaching for optimal results. We offer multiple memberships for Group Training. There are currently 24 weekly opportunities to attend, thats 96 times to choose from in a month to get your healthy lifestyle journey on track.

  • Attend 1x Per Week – $30 Per Month
  • Attend 2x Per Week – $50 Per Month
  • Attend 3x Per Week – $70 Per Month
  • Attend Unlimited – $100 Per month

Additional drop-ins beyond the membership limit are available for members at a reduced price. Progress tracking, healthy lifestyle management and meal planning guide available for an additional $39.95 per month.

 Memberships allow participants to attend studio Bootcamps and Fitness classes facilitated by Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Group Instructors who monitor form, movement and provide modifications as needed to get the most out of each workout.

    Experience the benefits of personal training in a fun group dynamic with a lower financial investment. Memberships are cost-efficient helping individuals save anywhere from $18 to $140 and more per month by purchasing a membership instead of attending as the $12 per class drop-in rate.
  • Certified Instructors
    Bootcamps and Fitness Classes are facilitated by Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Group Instructors who monitor form, movement and provide modifications as needed to get the most out of each workout.
  • Attend Bootcamps
    Our Bootcamp is a challenging yet rewarding alternative to 1-on-1 training. We offer a 30-minute Express Bootcamp for those with a tight schedule, a 45-minute Bootcamp in the evenings throughout the week and a 60-minute Strength Bootcamp on the weekend. Bootcamp is suitable for clients looking for a challenging program in a small group environment mixing interval training, body weight exercises and strength training to increase overall health and fitness capacity.

    Fitness classes at the studio include a variety of aerobic, strength training and body conditioning options to keep your workouts challenging yet fun throughout the week.
